An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor/Fee Earner or Licensed Conveyancer) to join one of the North West's leading and longest standing Residential Conveyancing departments in on of South Manchester’s firms, which is currently looking to expand its team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling conveyancing transactions from inception to completion:

Sales & purchase
Leasehold and freehold
Right to buy
Help to buy
Shared ownership
Transfer of equity

You will have your own autonomous case load, as well as having the chance to work along senior solicitors, licensed conveyancers and fee earners, all whilst having the support of administrators, paralegals and legal assistants.

The salary for this role is competitive and will be in line with experience On offer are full benefits including local parking. You will be fully supported and encouraged to progress as far as possible within the firm.
