Join a multi- award winning legal 500 law firm in their busy conveyancing department. You'd be joining an establishedand successful law firm that continues to grow and invests heavily in their staff. With the work coming in through referrals and returningclients, the team need an additionalmember of staff to ensure client care remains incrediblyhigh.
The Role
You will be responsiblefor running a caseload circa80 files across FH/LH, Sales ad Purchase, Transfer of Equity, Remortgage etc. New buildand / or Shared Ownership experienceis desirable but far from necessary to be considered for this position.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a conveyancing fee earner.
- Experience running FH/LH, Sales and Purchase files. New build & Shared Ownership experienceis ideal but not essential.
- Have a solid understanding of the conveyancing process
- Dedicated to performing the best service possible for your clients.
