Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Residential Property Fee Earner.
  • Strong understanding of residential property law. Competent with company sales and purchases, some commercial experience is an advantage
  • The ability to deal with the following without supervision, shared ownership sales and purchases, newbuilds, transfer of equity, adverse possession, transfer of part and remortgages.
  • Experience managing a varied caseload from start to finish.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and a professional approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and introducers.
