Duties:

Handle client matters with precision and adherence to the firm's quality and risk management procedures
Generate fee income and manage time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection to meet targets
Participate in business development activities to support the team and firm
Supervise and support colleagues' fee-earning work during absences or holidays
Engage in marketing activities at various levels within the firm
Provide professional and friendly client support both in person and over the phone
Manage correspondence and documents through the case management system
