We are looking to appoint a residential property conveyancer to an established Legal 500 law firm. Leading as a regional firm and established across Cheshire, this is a fantastic chance for candidates to enter a dynamic reputable practice.As a residential property conveyancer, you will process and complete a range of residential property files, working a caseload from inception to completion independently.You will understand the types of transactions, purchases, right to buy policy and mortgages and apply this knowledge to your caseload.The Role

Running a caseload from inception to completion
Residential property fee earning
Transactions, right to buy, new builds, remortgages
Paralegal support on conveyancing files
