This firm has over 80 years of experience specialising inConveyancing,Lasting Powers of Attorney,Litigation,Probate, andWills.You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload that includes wills, probate, estate planning, and administration matters. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. You will also draft and review legal documents related to wills, trusts, estates, and lasting powers of attorney. Additionally, you will liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to ensure the efficient administration of estates, while ensuring full compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

As the ideal Wills and Probate Solicitor, you will bring experience in private client work, probate, estate administration, wills, and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs). You will possess a strong understanding of relevant laws and practices, combined with excellent client management and communication skills. Additionally, you will be capable of working independently and efficiently managing a busy caseload.
