Description
The duties include:
- Chasing invoices via phone and email
- Working towards team collection target
- Managing cash allocations and bank reconciliations
- Handling customer queries and resolving disputes
- Managing Direct Debit collections
- Working to significantly reduce debtor days
- Reviewing accounts and managing overdue debts
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills - Essential
- Be confident using MS Excel - Desirable
