Credit Controller/Account Manager

The Role
- Liaise with customers via phone and email
- Evaluate new credit requests, perform credit checks, and set credit limits for new customers
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in the best way possible
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Work closely with other departments to resolve any billing issues
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Work well in a team
Package
- To 27,5000 annual salary
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
