This is an opportunity to work for a fantastic company who specialise in Build to Rent leasing. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and manage enquiries from clients providing accurate information about our services and assisting with the client needs.
  • Arrange meetings, viewings and any other appointments required.
  • Organise and maintain files ensuring documentation is easily accessible and accurate.
  • Respond to enquiries via email and online from clients who are interesting in letting properties making sure they are logged and followed up.
  • Provide all other administrative report to other departments and assisting with various projects and tasks where needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Support or Administration is desired but not essential.
  • Experience working with clients or customers whether that be face to face or in an office
  • Able to use word, excel, outlook etc.
  • Comfortable with other IT and CRM systems.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated to work on your own initiative and deal with issues calmly.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be a positive contribution to the office.
  • Driving license is desirable but not essential.
