As an Rental Sales Advisor within our branches, you are pivotal to the success of the business. You will build relationships with customers on a regular basis both in person and in the branch and over the phone, aiming to win new business and cement relationships with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen attentively to understand customers' requirements and recommend appropriate rental options
- Conduct vehicle inspections and documentation to ensure rentals are in optimal condition
- Process reservations, rental agreements, and payments accurately
- Provide clear and concise explanations of rental terms, conditions, and insurance coverage
- Promote add-on services, such as additional insurance coverage, to enhance customers' rental experience
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the rental team to manage fleet availability and ensure proper vehicle maintenance
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
