You will:

  • Check loan car vehicles in and out of the business correctly carrying our damage and fuel checks and explaining functions to customers.
  • Book loan car's correctly on the system and set up insurance and capture customers license information.
  • Secure loan car charges from customers including damage and fuel charges and insurance excess where required.
  • Manage the return of the loan car by collaboration with the Aftersales Executives and ensuring timely return of the loan car.
  • Manage car park spaces, fueling and charging electric loan cars.
  • Manage the de-fleet of loan cars.
