Vehicle Handover Customer Specialist
Stockport
£24,903.32 Plus Monthly Bonus £400 (OTE £30,000)
Plus access to a subsidised car benefit scheme
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.45am-6pm (1 hour lunch)

The Vehicle Handover Customer Specialist Role:

We are looking for customer friendly minded people to join our busy showroom team to help delight our customers so that they always receive the very best experience when they visit us to collect their new vehicle. You will be introduced to the customer after the manager has initially sold the vehicle, with support and training from the team, you will take it from there.

This role offers exceptional training and development opportunities, paving the way for rapid growth within the company. With the chance to advance into roles like Sales Executive, it's the perfect stepping stone for someone eager to accelerate their career.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Providing accurate information at all times for all customers including timely communications leading up to their vehicle delivery
+ Helping customers by answering their questions
+ Accompanying customers on test drives
+ Ensuring that you maintain a dialogue with the customer that's appropriate to them and in the manner that suits them, phone or email etc, always ensuring a personal service
+ Handing over the vehicle to the customer on site and going through the controls whilst confirming with the manager the car is fully paid for and all paperwork is complete

About you:

+ A full UK driving licence
+ Eligibility to work in the UK
+ Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel (to the training sessions)
+ This role requires you to be professional, have a smart personal appearance and have high standards of verbal and written communication
+ Satisfactory level of general education
