NJR are currently working with an Independent Financial firm who are currently looking for a IFA Data Input Administrator to join their firm. The purpose of this role is for the IFA Data Input Administrator to provide a high level of admin support to the integration team. Ensuring data entry requests are processed in an efficient and professional manner, in line with the firms procedures and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • To accurately input data into Intelliflo Office in line with the procedures
  • Issue letters to providers to obtain relevant client policy information
  • To accurately maintain client details and policy information in Intelliflo Office
  • Deal with and respond to written, telephone and electronic general enquiries
  • Maintaining relationships and contacts with providers to ensure a professional service
  • To manage an effective diary within Intelliflo Office to ensure that all activities/tasks are planned for and carried out in a timely manner
  • To ensure Managers are informed of any client related events and issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure effective storage of all client documentation in line with GDPR
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and keeping them informed of progress made of set projects
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by line management or directors
  • Projects - carry out projects as required by the business which may include the following key areas

o Intelliflo Office

o Platforms / Providers

o General operations

Skills/Experience

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and other applications
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Client centric in approach
  • Organised, efficient, and highly motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry and record keeping skills
  • Drive and ability to plan, prioritise and manage workloads
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and confident telephone manner
  • Client confidentiality
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures in a compliant manner
