H9 Technical are working with a Consultancy who require a Document Controller to work in their main office in Stockport.
Roles and responsibilities
- Establish and implement document control procedures and processes.
- Develop and maintain a centralized document repository, ensuring easy access and traceability.
- Review, track, and distribute project documents, drawings, and records.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission, review, and approval of documents.
- Manage the document control workflow, including version control, distribution, and archiving.
- Provide training and support to project personnel on document control best practices.
- Collaborate with the project management team to identify and resolve document-related issues.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare periodic reports on the status of the project's document control activities
It would be advantageous for the candidate to have experience using Asite systems
