Due to unprecedented growth, a world-renowned engineering business are looking to appoint a Draughtsperson.
Reporting to the Senior Design Engineer, the successful Draughtsperson will work on state-of-the-art equipment. The role involves producing detailed and technical engineering drawings in 3D & 2D CAD, checking drawings, preparing specifications and documentation. In addition to this the role will entail dealing with suppliers directly, liaising and supporting the production and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience with CAD and PDM software, BOMs and knowledge of Geometrical tolerances. In return the company offer a competitive package and stability.
Draughtsperson Requirements:
- HNC/D or Degree level in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with heavy engineering/fabrications through to precision machined components
- 3D CAD all packages welcome
- GD&T
- Early finish on Friday
- Death in service
- Enhanced pension
- 25 Days holiday + 8 statutory
