We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated KS1 team. Your Role As a KS1 Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons. Work 1:1 and with small groups to reinforce learning and boost confidence. Assist with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy interventions. Provide pastoral support, ensuring the well-being of all pupils. Help manage classroom behaviour and engagement. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported. What Were Looking For We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Level 3 Teaching Assistant who has: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a KS1 setting. A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum, phonics, and early learning strategies. A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and parents. Eligibility Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Hold the Right to Work in the UK. Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or be willing to apply for one). Provide two professional references related to childcare. Hold up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable, but not essential as training is provided).
