Reeson Education is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for a Year 4 class in a welcoming primary school in the SK5 area. This is a full-time, long-term role to start ASAP, where you will work alongside the class teacher to support and guide the children in their learning journey.

Teaching assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support a as teaching assistant to Year 4 pupils
• Assist with small-group and one-to-one interventions for core subjects
• Help the class teacher create engaging lessons and resources
• Support children in staying on task, managing behaviour, and promoting a positive learning environment
• Foster children's academic and social-emotional development
• Provide SEND support where necessary

Teaching assistant Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Year 4 classroom (essential)
• Excellent knowledge of Year 4 curriculum
• Enthusiastic, patient, and proactive approach
• Ability to build strong relationships with both children and staff
• A passion for helping children thrive in their learning
