We have just taken a new and exciting position for a Care Business Coordinator to join a leading care provider based near Stockport.
The Role
- Understand and build effective and efficient schedules around our clients and carers
- Business development within live-in care
- Attend off site client meetings and discuss business growth opportunities
- Ensure client schedules are matched to their needs, with the same Carer and the same times each week, where possible.
- Develop excellent relationships with both clients and Care staff so both can enjoy positive experiences.
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels are met.
- Work with the Care Team to ensure new and existing care packages can be resourced and scheduled on a timely basis.
- Add and maintain all client and care staff information onto to the electronic scheduling system.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
- Ensure compliance with Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.
- There will be on-call cover which will be paid on top of your salary
Salary for this role is dependent on experience but will be in the region of £24,000 - £30,000 (pro rata) + on-call payments.
