The ideal candidate for this role is a time served maintenance engineer with a minimum of an NVQ level 3 or equivalent with prior manufacturing maintenance experience ideally within a heavy engineering/precision engineering environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute scheduled, planned, and reactive maintenance to improve equipment availability and performance.
  • Use diagnostic tools to lead fault-finding and root cause investigations on critical equipment.
  • Support a cultural shift from reactive to preventive maintenance practices.
  • Record accurate maintenance activity feedback, including parts used and safety concerns.
  • Contribute to reporting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role offers an impressive package which consists of a salary of 42,000 with company pension contributions of 7%, Death in Service x4, as well as an early Fridays finish amongst other benefits.
