Electrician

About the Role:

As an Electrician, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems within a large commercial project. The position focuses heavily on containment work, including the installation of conduit, trunking, cable trays, and ladder racks, ensuring that all wiring is properly routed and secured.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical containment systems such as conduit, trunking, and traywork.
• Pull and install electrical cables through containment systems.
• Conduct testing, inspection, and fault-finding on electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other electricians and trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Complete tasks efficiently while meeting project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician with proven experience in commercial electrical projects.
• Extensive experience in electrical containment work.
• Valid Gold Card is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
