Installation Engineer

We are seeking a Maintenance & Installation Engineer to join a growing organisation. This role involves maintaining a range of medical products both mechanically and electrically. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong IT literacy, and have excellent customer service and commercial skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support all customer requirements with installation and repair of Medical equipment.
- Provide after-sales support and assist sales team with all technical problems.
- Liaise with all customers and company personnel, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified to HND/HNC or degree standard in electronics and/or engineering, or equivalent discipline.
- Strong ability to adapt to technical situations and configure software.
- Full driving licence as travel required as part of the role
- Strong IT literacy and customer service skills.
- Physically capable of carrying out service and installation duties.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary with commission following successful completion of a 6-month probation period (between £5k-£10k annually, paid quarterly – dependent on company turnover).
- Standard working hours: 37.5 per week (8.30am-5pm, Mon to Fri).
