What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of operations, providing comprehensive support services to the Executive Committee. Your day-to-day tasks will include organising diaries, planning meetings, handling confidential information with care, and processing expenses. You will also play a crucial role in Board meetings by assisting with preparation of materials and taking detailed minutes. Beyond traditional EA duties, you will also have PMO responsibilities where you will track and manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor their progress. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

* Provide full support service to the Executive Committee including diary management, travel arrangements, and maintaining filing systems

* Facilitate meetings as required, organising agendas and necessary paperwork

* Handle confidential information with discretion

* Process corporate and personal expenses on behalf of the Executive Committee

* Assist with preparation of Board meeting materials, including compiling reports and presentations

* Track and manage ongoing projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports

* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans
