Description
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Manage and take ownership of the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Handling correspondence and communication efficiently
- Managing databases and answering queries
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Keeping management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Profile
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
