I'm looking for a confident, driven individual to join my client as a Case Manager / Administrator, with potential to progress within the company.
What will you be doing as a Case Manager / Administrator?
- Administer mortgage and supporting scheme applications to a high standard.
- Produce mortgage offers in good time in line with company standards and new build reservations requirements.
- Offer excellent customer service to the customers and business partners; providing regular undates.
- Assisting solicitors and other third parties where necessary to ensure completion.
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Strong communicator
- Good computer Skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Customer service experience at any level.
- A confident, driven individual.
Desirable:
- Experience working within a mortgage brokerage.
- Knowledge of house buying process.
- Customer service experience within financial services sector. specifically Mortgage Brokerage/ Solicitor Firm.

- GBP23500-GBP25000 annual salary (dependant on experience)
