This client has over 10 years of expertise in new build mortgages, providing top-notch service and exclusive mortgage products. As a Case Manager / Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting clients' mortgage journey, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of their applications. Be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.


I'm looking for a confident, driven individual to join my client as a Case Manager / Administrator, with potential to progress within the company.



What will you be doing as a Case Manager / Administrator?

  • Administer mortgage and supporting scheme applications to a high standard.
  • Produce mortgage offers in good time in line with company standards and new build reservations requirements.
  • Offer excellent customer service to the customers and business partners; providing regular undates.
  • Assisting solicitors and other third parties where necessary to ensure completion.

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong communicator
  • Good computer Skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Customer service experience at any level.
  • A confident, driven individual.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a mortgage brokerage.
  • Knowledge of house buying process.
  • Customer service experience within financial services sector. specifically Mortgage Brokerage/ Solicitor Firm.
