Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to firm growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
