Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing training and guidance.
  • Assisting senior management with client relationships and workflow planning.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and business development.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive and team-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
