Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing training and guidance.
- Assisting senior management with client relationships and workflow planning.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and business development.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax compliance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive and team-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
