Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial accounts, tax returns, and VAT submissions.
  • Provide strategic business advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Review work completed by junior team members and provide mentoring and training.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
