In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, oversee the preparation of financial accounts, and provide business advisory services. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Oversee the preparation of financial accounts, tax returns, and VAT submissions.
- Provide strategic business advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
- Review work completed by junior team members and provide mentoring and training.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
