Your new companyThis leading independent accountancy firm based in South Manchester is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to its already strong Corporate Finance team. The firm is renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation, and prides itself on delivering to a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to larger OMBs and some international clients. With a collaborative and dynamic work environment, this firm is committed to supporting its clients through their entire life cycle, whether that's to help acquire, sell, or complete due diligence. Your new role As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a deal from start to completion, with deal values varying but typically around the £10m mark. Your responsibilities will include:Producing relevant reports and presentations for pitch documents. Leading financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making.Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.Overseeing financial due diligence and risk assessments.Providing strategic financial advice to senior management and clients.Reporting to the Partner, you will deal with your client directly but will need to ensure the Partner is updated throughout the process.What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you will need:You must be 1-2 years post qualification (ACA / ACCA)Proven experience in corporate finance, in a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.A proactive and results-driven approach.The ability to recognise the opportunity to cross-sell other departments within the firm.
