This role will oversee all financial operations, financial control, budgeting, compliance and strategic planning. The successful candidate will work closely with the SLT and CEO, acting as a sounding board. This is a hands on, fluid role where no two days will be the same. Supporting department heads to understand individual budgets and financial performance* Development of KPIs to measure financial performance* Ensuring compliance with audit, accounting and tax regulations* Oversight of M&A activity from a financial perspectiveRequirements:* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified* Experience in a PE backed business* Strong systems experience* Financial modelling experience* Experience working with local authorities would be a bonus* Corporate Finance/M&A experience would be beneficial
