Our client, a firm of Financial Planners with an excellent reputation for providing holistic Financial Advice are now looking to recruit an additional Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner to join their established team. Supporting a team of Financial Planners, the successful candidate will provide direct support across three key teams within the business, including; Administration, Review and Report Writing.

Duties and responsibilities will be varied and consist of;

Admin team

" Dealing with new business

" Top ups

" Changes in client income

" Withdrawals Handling daily queries from clients and candidates

" Providing management information

" Organising future planning meetings with a client on behalf of the Financial Planner

" Liaise with product providers and other third parties to acquire any additional information

Review team

" Preparing the client review reports for the advisers to take to meetings

" Using both un-house and the Dynamic Planner template

Report writing team

" Preparing suitability reports

" Preparing new business documentation

Candidates MUST come from a similar background and be used to providing direct support to a team of Planners. Those with knowledge of various systems such as

" Intelligent office

" Dynamic Planner

" Provider Platforms - Scottish Widows, Parmenion & Raymond James.

Candidates applying for the role will ideally have at least 2/3 years' experience working in the with good knowledge working in a similar role. An excellent standard of education and have attained or can evidence working towards Level 4 Paraplanning diploma. Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems are required, along with knowledge of the Intelligent Office CRM system is a distinct advantage.
