NJR Recruitment are working with a highly professional and established firm of Chartered Financial Planners based on the outskirts of Stockport. Working as part of a small but steadily growing team, our Client is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team. This Administrator will provide effective administration support to the Advisers aswell as assisting the Paraplanners and Advisor with processing of cases, including producing quotations and research.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a Financial Services Administrator role
  • Take ownership and responsibility for work
  • Be able to prioritise workloads
  • Have strong communication skills
  • To ensure that the IFA and clients are provided with an effective and efficient service
  • To work well independently and as part of a team
  • A strong working knowledge of the regulated financial services market.
  • Good knowledge of Intelligent Office preferable

Experience and Skills:

  • Complete all general correspondence as required ensuring that the Advisers and clients are provided with an effective and efficient service
  • Produce Portfolio reports using intelligent office as requested for new and existing clients within specified deadlines
  • Assist with Client Annual Review Packs and review letters
  • Sending and chasing Letters of Authority to providers
  • Complete Policy Summary Sheets once information required is received to ensure all information required has been received for the Paraplanner/ Adviser to continue with the case
  • Ensure that all new business is input to Intelligent Office system accurately and Adviser Fees to ensure payments are matchedLiaise with clients and providers in relation to queries on their policies/investments, ensuring that any necessary changes are completed by the product provider
  • Answer the telephone in a polite and professional manner
  • General Administrative and office duties including photocopying and scanning duties when required
