Eventus Recruitment are working with a Top 100 Financial Planning firm based near Stockport, Greater Manchester who are seeking to recruit a Junior Financial Planner to join their advisory team. The team prides themselves on understanding clients' unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. They are known for their commitment to delivering high-quality services and building enduring client relationships. Role responsibilities

The role of Junior Financial Planner is an excellent opportunity for someone starting or recently embarked on their financial planning journey. The role involves managing a loyal client base (given to you), providing valuable experience, and developing into a highly successful Financial Planner over time.

You will also receive expert support for growing a significant book of clients of your own. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Financial Planner, who would like to benefit from the firms existing client relationships, whilst also being supported to grow their client base alongside:

  • Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships, with a focus on providing top-notch financial planning services
  • Conducting annual reviews
  • Working collaboratively to identify opportunities for financial planning services
  • Developing and implementing customised financial plans tailored to each client's unique objectives and requirements
  • Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to offer the best possible financial advice
  • Meeting and exceeding targets and performance metrics
Person specification

You will already have attained the Level 4 Qualification in Regulated Financial Advice. Additionally, you will have:

  • A client-centric approach to their work.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent levels of client service.
  • Ability to build strong and lasting professional relationships with clients, both in person and remotely.
  • Exposure to financial planning (not essential).
  • Understanding of financial advisory software, tools, and systems.
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • A strong team spirit and care deeply about best practice and positive client outcomes.
