Junior Financial Planner – Step Up from Paraplanning or Administration

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Level 4 Diploma-qualified professional looking to transition into a client-facing wealth management role. This position is ideal for an experienced Paraplanner or IFA Administrator ready to take the next step in their career, with full support provided to develop into an established Financial Planner

The Role

Working alongside experienced advisers, the Junior Financial Planner will:Begin by supporting client meetings, preparing recommendations, and learning the advisory process.Gradually take on client relationships, offering financial planning guidance under supervision.Assist in developing tailored wealth management strategies across investments, pensions, and tax planning.Stay up to date with financial regulations and market developments to enhance client service.Play a key role in building long-term client relationships and delivering outstanding financial advice.

Who Should Apply?

Level 4 Diploma (CII/Chartered Insurance Institute or equivalent) qualified, with a strong foundation in financial services. Experience in a Paraplanner, IFA Administrator, or similar support role within a wealth management or financial planning firm.A client-focused individual with a passion for financial advice and relationship building.Excellent communication skills and a keen interest in progressing into an advisory role.
