Our client are looking for both technicians & a supervisor on site to join their developing team. The technicians work across Double Days Shifts & Supervisory roles are Days based.

We are excited to invite a skilled Lithographic Print Technician / Supervisor to our dynamic team in Stockport. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the print industry. You'll work on a double days shift pattern, facilitating the entire production process and ensuring our standards for quality and precision are met.

The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, innovative problem-solving skills, and a dedication to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

A successful applicant will oversee the operation of lithographic printing presses, ensuring precision and quality in output. You will:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lithographic printing presses.
  • Manage pre-press, printing, and post-press tasks.
  • Utilise guillotines, folders, stitching, and cylinder equipment effectively.
  • Adhere to stringent quality control measures and perform regular maintenance on machines.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiencies.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and company guidelines are strictly followed.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Lithographic Printer.
  • Familiarity with guillotines, folders, stitching, and cylinder machines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
