Key Responsibilities of the Billing Analyst role will include:

• System Maintenance: Ensure that billing systems and databases are maintained and updated, working with IT or finance teams to implement any necessary changes or improvements.
• Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries from customers, providing prompt and professional assistance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing and to address any customer concerns or contract-related issues.

Key Requirements:
