We have an amazing opportunity for a Central Sales Administrator to join the team at our flagship dealership in Stockport.

You will

  • To invoice all new and used cars ready for delivery.
  • To tax all new cars ready for delivery.
  • Allocate all new vehicles with a new registration.
  • Push and adjust all vehicle PDI lines.
  • Set up all and invoice all add on products ready for delivery.
  • Create all UVDs ready for finance to process the new car contribution.
  • Book transporters for new car sales
  • Check all post-handover paperwork ensuring it is compliant with company polices.

You will have

  • IT literate including Kerridge, Cesar, AFRL, and Excel
  • Good telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Must be numerate, accurate and show attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn all aspects of the accounts/admin function.
