- Manage the sale/purchase process, from instruction to completion, while liaising with all involved parties.
- Handle a diverse caseload, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.
- Proactively communicate with clients and third parties, providing regular updates on progress.
- Ensure exceptional service to clients, introducers, and third parties.
- Identify potential risks and resolve issues without compromising clients or the business.
- Maintain files in compliance with SLA’s and regulatory requirements.
- Handle tasks such as preparing and issuing contract papers, analysing search results, liaising with Help to Buy and mortgage lenders, preparing completion statements and invoices, and managing exchange of contracts and legal completion.
- At least 2 years of previous conveyancing experience, managing your own busy caseload.
- Passion for delivering excellent client service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail.
