Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: SK12 1PU
Pay Rate: £110 per day
An experienced Cover Supervisor is required for a daily supply position at a secondary school in Poynton, Cheshire. The successful candidate will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, maintaining classroom discipline and ensuring a productive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes across various subjects in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task.
- Provide support to students with their learning activities.
- Report any issues or concerns to the relevant teaching staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a UK school or educational setting
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different subjects and teaching styles.
- Commitment to supporting student learning and development.
- Enhanced DBS check.
