We are looking for an experienced Credit Hire Litigator to run a mixed caseload (pre-issue, fast-track and intermediate-track). Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of litigated credit hire files
- Draft pleadings, witness statements and instructions to counsel
- Prepare cases for hearings and trials
- Negotiate settlements and manage costs recovery
- Liaise with clients, 3rd parties, experts and counsel
- Meet billing targets and maintain high levels of compliance
What we are looking for....
- Proven experience in handling litigated credit hire claims
- Strong knowledge of credit hire case law
- Confident managing a bust caseload
- Proactive and solutions-driven approach
