Description
As Electrical Team Leader you will be tasked with the following;
- Lead a team of electrical engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ensure all electrical work meets company standards and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations
- Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems
- Work closely with management to develop and implement strategic plans
- Regularly review team performance and implement improvements where necessary
- Stay updated with latest industry trends and ensure team is trained accordingly
Profile
A successful Electrical Team Leader should have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in a team leader role in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Demonstrable PLC Fault Finding experience
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulation
- Full Right To Work in the UK
