Graduate Geoenvironmental Engineer
Approach Personnel is excited to be working with an award winning geotechnical and geoenvironmental site investigation company with established offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Sheffield, Newcastle and London.
The Role
- Good time management
- Good level of understanding and competency in using MS word, excel, power point and outlook
- Supervising site investigations
- Logging soils and rocks to British and European standards
- Soil sampling for chemical and geotechnical purposes
- Environmental monitoring
- Scheduling chemical and geotechnical testing
- Assisting with day-to-day general office tasks
- Report writing
About You
- BSc/BEngin relevant subject, eg. Geotechnical Engineering Geology, Geosciences, Geological and Earth Sciences, etc.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and excellent planning and organisation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Full clean driving license
- Team player
Package
- £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
