About the Role:
As the Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our beauty brand's online presence. You will oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from website development and optimisation to marketing and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
- Manage and optimise our online store, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Oversee website development and maintenance, including user interface, functionality, and performance.
- Lead e-commerce marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyse website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools.
- Experience with CRM systems.
Salary: 100,000 per year
