- Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting in recruitment processes, including candidate screening and scheduling interviews.
- Helping to organise staff training and development activities.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinating with the Marketing & Agency Department on HR-related matters.
- Assisting in employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Managing HR-related correspondence and queries.

Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role within the retail industry.
