Are you a customer-focused Sales Coordinator who enjoys acting as an expert in your field and delivering exceptional service Our client, an international manufacturing firm based in Stockport and trusted by businesses across the globe, is hiring now for their Internal Sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, likes taking ownership of their workload and helping connect customers with the bespoke products they need. If you’re a highly organised self-starter experienced in qualifying sales leads, producing quotes and chasing them up, we’d love to hear from you.

Key day-to-day duties you’ll take responsibility for include:

  • Contacting warm sales leads with outbound calls and targeted sales emails
  • Fact-finding about customer needs to qualify sales opportunities
  • Providing product information and detailed quotations
  • Following-up on quotations and chasing up with interested prospects
  • Responding to customers’ questions, liaising closely with the production, technical and account management teams
  • Processing customer orders and updating the CRM

Suitable candidates will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar sales and service role
  • Exposure to a complex or technical product set would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Sales-driven, comfortable with outbound calls and relationship building
  • Quick to learn, interested in asking questions and good attention to detail
  • Experience using a CRM system
