Are you eager to make a real impact in the FM industry? A leading player in the sector is currently seeking a Lead Contract Support to join their growing team in the Stockport area.
The Role
As a Lead Contract Support, you’ll play a crucial role in:
- Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week, across a large apparel contract based in Stockport.
- Overseeing a small team – contract support and helpdesk.
- Leading all financial administration duties including preparing monthly financial reports, raising PO's, raising work orders and closing them down, quoting, ordering parts and materials and ensuring timesheets and expenses have all been uploaded.
- Supporting all sites on the contract, but based on Stockport, liaising with the client and suppliers regularly, working closely with the contracts managers.
About You
To be successful in the role of Lead Contract Support, you’ll bring the following skills and experience:
- Experience in the building services / FM sector would be ideal
- Experience in a similar role, carrying out similar duties as above.
- CAFM experience is highly desirable
