This role is for a leading property specialist in the Northwest. Based in Stockport and a stones through from the station, the office location is ideal for drivers and public transport usersalike. The Role
You'll be responsiblefor running a non-volume caseload (Circa 70 files) from opening to completion and this will be built up over time. Your caseload will mostly involve complex lease extensionsand some remortgage files. You will work closely with the other teams so you will still have the varietyof work. Client care is of the up-mostimportance (as seen in their countless 5* trust pilot reviews) so this needs to be importantto you.
To be considered you must have a minimum of two years experiencerunning conveyancing files, that include lease extensions.
