Job Title: New Business Executive
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Salary: £26,500 + Commission (OTE £38.5k)

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a motivated and ambitious New Business Executive to join a growing payroll and accountancy business. The company is focused on expanding its client base significantly over the next 12 months and is looking for a driven individual to play a key role in this growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling outbound sales, converting warm leads into new business
  • Calling leads within agreed SLAs
  • Providing technical explanations of payslips and payroll solutions
  • Ensuring a world-class first impression for all contractors
  • Adhering to relevant compliance criteria
  • Achieving an 80%+ conversion rate for umbrella, CIS, deemed payment, and PEO referrals
  • Proactively chasing e-forms to ensure prompt sign-ups
  • Identifying and maximising cross-selling opportunities for accountancy and partner services (e.g., mortgages and IFAs)
  • Building strong relationships with recruitment agency partners and account managers
  • Communicating effectively within the team and across departments
  • Contributing to team strategy and actively participating in team meetings
