We are looking for a skilled Paraplanner to join our client's team. This role is crucial for undertaking detailed research and analysis to support Financial Advisers in providing tailored advice to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and a deep understanding of various financial products.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis of funds and products to meet client needs and requirements.
  • Compile cash flow forecasts using CashCalc and produce suitability reports.
  • Prepare client annual reviews and reports.
  • Generate quotations using tools from providers such as Aviva, M&G Wealth, The Exchange, and others.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of a full range of pensions, investments, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Ensure all general correspondence is handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, product providers, and IFAs.
  • Assist other administrators and consultants as required.
  • Utilize software systems such as Intelligent Office, Genovo, FE Analytics, and CashCalc proficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Paraplanner.
  • Strong ability to take ownership and responsibility for work.
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good working knowledge of software systems used in financial planning.
  • Must keep abreast of compliance changes in the financial sector.
