A highly regarded law firm in Stockport is seeking a PI Portal Paralegal / Fee Earner to join their growing team. The Role:As a PI Portal Paralegal / Fee Earner, you will manage a caseload of RTA claims within the Official Injury Claim (OIC) and MOJ Claims Portal, handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement, including litigation where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Running a caseload of RTA claims primarily within the OIC and MOJ Claims Portal.
- Managing claims from initial instruction through to settlement, including Part 8 litigation where appropriate.
- Ensuring efficient and effective case management, adhering to court deadlines and compliance procedures.
- Providing excellent client care, keeping clients updated throughout their case.
- Working in a highly supportive environment with scope to progress into a supervisory role.
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience managing a caseload of RTA OIC/MOJ files.
- Experience with OIC and Part 8 litigation.
- Strong case management and organisational skills.
- Excellent client communication and negotiation abilities.
