Do You Have What It Takes to Manage Exciting Build-to-Rent Projects from Start to Finish? My client is a Stockport-based company at the forefront of the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector. They specialise in providing innovative solutions that streamline leasing processes for developers and operators across the UK. They are now looking for an organised and proactive Project co-ordinator to join their team and play a key role in their success.

What will you be doing as a Project Co-ordinator?

  • Overseeing all aspects of Build-to-Rent projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders, developers, and tenants, providing clear and consistent updates.
  • Maintaining detailed records of project progress and creating reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying and solving potential issues to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinating with teams across marketing, finance, and estates to ensure smooth project alignment.

We Would LOVE to Hear from You if You Have the Following Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in roles such as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Operations Manager.
  • Experience in property, estates, or Build-to-Rent environments is a strong advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
